Our Story
St Anns Healthcare was founded in 2022 by Shiby Punnen, a registered nurse with nearly two decades of experience in community healthcare. Shiby has worked in the local area since 2004, and through her role as a district nurse, she saw first-hand the growing need for high-quality home care services to support the elderly across South Lakes and North Lancashire. Motivated by a strong desire to make a difference in the community she calls home, Shiby and her husband, Victor, established St Anns Healthcare Ltd to provide compassionate, reliable care for those in need. Victor also brings over 20 years of experience in the community care sector, having worked alongside health and social care services since 2004. With a professional background in accounting, he plays a key role in managing the business operations of St Anns Healthcare, ensuring the company runs smoothly and sustainably while staying true to its values of care and integrity.
